New Oak Theatre is accepting designer submissions for our 2026-2027 season!

DESIGN AREAS

We are seeking designers in the following areas:

• Set Design

• Costume Design

• Lighting Design

• Sound Design

• Props Design

ABOUT NEW OAK THEATRE

New Oak Theatre produces professional theatrical productions in Savannah, Georgia. We are committed to creating honest, intimate, and transformative live theatre experiences with high production values.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We seek professional designers who are collaborative, creative, and passionate about theatrical storytelling. Our season includes classic dramas, contemporary works, and musicals that require thoughtful, effective design.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Professional resume highlighting design experience

• Portfolio or website showcasing previous work

• Links to photos/renderings of past designs

• Cover letter expressing your interest and design philosophy

COMPENSATION

All design positions are paid. Compensation varies by production scale and complexity. We are committed to fair pay for our design team.

LOCATION

Productions take place in Savannah, GA
