I DO! I DO! The Musical

New Oak Theatre is thrilled to open our very first season with I DO! I DO! — a touching, intimate musical that takes audiences on a fifty-year journey through the marriage of Michael and Agnes.

Set to a charming and melodic score with music by Harvey Schmidt and book and lyrics by Tom Jones, this two-person musical captures the full spectrum of married life — from newlywed jitters and the arrival of children, to empty nest struggles and the rediscovery of love in later years.

Through laughter, tears, and unforgettable music, I DO! I DO! reminds us what it truly means to grow old with someone. It's a celebration of commitment, resilience, and the enduring power of love.
